All our laser cartridges are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase against any manufacturing problem or normal defect.

If you have chosen EasyPrint to pick up the item, an agent will contact you to pick it up at the delivery address provided. There will be 2 attempts to collect the item if you miss it, otherwise, you will have to collect the item yourself.

When you return your item yourself, it must be returned to our Easypirnt point of sale in the same condition as when it was delivered to you, and with all its accessories, including a test page that proves the nature of your complaint.

Please note that any return request will be subject to detailed verification by our after-sales team. If your return is made following our return conditions defined on our site.

Reimbursement is made in the form of a credit note or by replacement with another product.

The return of your products will be refused for one of the following reasons:
