Will ECOPRINT cartridges damage my printer?
Our cartridges are of excellent quality and will not damage your printer in any way. To prolong the life of your printer, it's simple: print at least one page per week The cartridges are not recognised by my printer. What should I do? 1 - Remove all the cartridges from the printer 2 - Disconnect your printer and wait up to 10 to 15 minutes 3 - Restart your printer 4 - Replace the cartridges If this does not work, please contact us at 71 902 696. The ink cartridge is leaking into the printer. Wipe off the cartridge and any accessible parts of the printer and check that the cartridge is not pierced or damaged. Leave us a message describing your problem in detail and we will contact you as soon as possible.
What is your warranty period?
We guarantee our products for one year from the date of delivery. In the event of a defect, only products that fall within the warranty period can be exchanged, provided that they are returned in their original packaging without having been modified.
How do I store my ink cartridges?
For optimal storage, store your cartridges in a dry place, away from light and heat.
How long can I keep an unopened cartridge?
All our products are guaranteed for 1 year. Beyond that time, it is possible that a cartridge may become blocked, even if it is not opened, largely due to storage conditions.
How do I return my product if I have a problem?
If you wish to return a product, simply send a return request by email to our sales department, putting your order number and the problem you are experiencing in the subject line.
